Admission Policy

Pioneers Baccalaureate is open to all students who meet our admission criteria. The school believes in making sure our students can benefit from our programs and we engage in a rigorous admissions process to help us meet that goal.

Applications for admission are accepted throughout the school year until each class reaches the maximum class size of 22 with the exception of the first grade. The cut-off date for admission to first grade is March 31st.The minimum age to enter first grade is 5 years and 9 months old.

Withdrawal Policy

When a student is leaving Pioneers permanently, the student's parents should inform the Admissions office, in writing, as soon as they know. This will enable the office to prepare the necessary documents that accompany a withdrawal. Before these documents can be issued, a withdrawal form must be prepared which certifies that there is not an outstanding balance or any unreturned school materials.Tuition paid is non-refundable.
